Mr. Fabbro has over 30 years experience in both the finance and mining industries. From 1984 to 1990, Mr. Fabbro headed the retail trading department of Yorkton Securities, followed by six years with Yorkton’s Natural Resources Group. Most recently and for the past ten years, Mr. Fabbro was an investment advisor with Canaccord Capital, specializing in the natural resource sector. He recently left Canaccord Capital to pursue opportunities in the public sector.
Gary Arca, CA
Position: Chief Financial Officer & Director
Mr. Arca is a Chartered Accountant and has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and British Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1980.
Mr. Arca was a partner with public accounting firms until 2005, providing auditing, consulting, accounting and taxation services to various clients in the mining, oil & gas, financial, bio-tech, high tech and retail and wholesale sectors. Mr. Arca has extensive experience dealing with companies and startups from the perspective of both management and as a consultant, and has served as a director of several publicly traded resource companies.
Position: Non Executive – Chairman & Director
Mr. Sheriff is an accomplished mining entrepreneur with over 30 years experience in the mineral exploration and development business and was a co-founder of Energy Metals Corporation and the driving force behind the formation of Golden Predator Mines Inc. To date, Mr. Sheriff has raised in excess of $125 million for projects under his leadership.
As the founder and past-President of Platoro West Inc, a private company, he was widely acknowledged to be a leading precious metals prospect developer in the Western United States; in addition he amassed the largest uranium resource package ever in the United States. Mr. Sheriff also compiled and currently owns one of the largest privately-held mining databases in the world.
Mr. Sheriff has held various positions within the securities industry for A.G. Edwards & Sons Inc., Mitchum Jones & Templeton Inc. and for his own securities investment firm. He previously held various securities registrations including Series 3, Series 4, Series 7, Series 8 and Series 63 in addition to having been a registered investment advisor in the United States.
Mr. Sheriff received his B.Sc. in Geology from Fort Lewis College, Colorado and conducted graduate studies at the University of Texas-El Paso in Mining Geology and Mineral Economics.
In the past 15 years, Mr. Eadie has been actively involved in public resource companies raising over 50 million dollars for various exploration and development projects around the world. Over the years, Mr. Eadie has built an impressive network of contacts in Europe, North America and Asia and has established a reputation as the catalyst behind various successful start-up resource companies. He brings extensive marketing and public relations expertise to the board and makes executive decisions based on long term sustainable growth.
Mr. Eadie is a predominant business figure, family man and compassionate community member but in his free time he likes to write a lot and provides paper writing service to college students. Mr. Eadie’s unique past experience as a private business owner reflects his down-to earth approach to business and dedication to company growth.
Richard Kern, P.Geo.
Mr. Kern is a Professional Geologist with over 30 years of experience in base and precious metal exploration in the U.S., Central America, South America and Australia. He has been involved in major mineral discoveries in the Western United States and Australia. Mr. Kern has held executive and management level positions in companies such as North Mining, Homestake Mining Company, Superior Oil, and with the U.S. Geological Survey.
He has a Masters of Science Degree in Geology from Idaho State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from Montana State University.
Mr. Duerr is a self-employed business owner with over 25 years of experience in base and precious metal mineral exploration and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from Florida Atlantic University. He has been involved in major mineral discoveries in North America and the Caribbean including the Alligator Ridge deposit; Nevada, Montana Tunnels; Montana, and the Cala Abajo; Puerto Rico.
Mr. Duerr is currently the President of Desert Pacific, Inc. and an officer in MinQuest, Inc and Nevada Mine Properties II. His experience includes identification, evaluation and acquisition of base and precious metal deposits with an emphasis in the United States, Central America and the Caribbean.
